Introduction to our rules and basic information
We certainly do care how you enjoy your stay in our B&B. You are the nost important, you are on vacation or business trip. Thus, basic information and house rules are mentioned down below in more details than you have seen in your room. We do honestly share with you information and house rules we would like you to follow. Also, there are more information which can answer your why, where, when type of questions.
Check-out
We would be very glad if you can check-out till 11am morning as we likely need to prepare your room for next guests. Nevertheles, in case you need to leave and keep your baggage in our B&B we can store it.
Sauna
Private sauna is available in our house 24/7 for you. You can ask our staff for more details and availability. We do charge for a group, not for every person.
Wifi
Wifi is available in entire house. Moreover, there is only one Wifi network so you don't need to connect to different network in your room and in dining area or outside. The house is located in mountains, therefore weak connection can happen. We do apologize for that, nevertheles we arranged the highest possible internet connection in that area, which is 20Mbit/s.
Social networks
We do have Instagram and Facebook where we time to time post interesting pictures and texts from our daily operation.
Cleanliness
Cleanliness is one of our top priority. We do know you as a guest don't want to arrive to a messy place. We bet you were surprised we do exchange shoes and we use slippers.
Bar
There is a bar in our house, ho hoo. We do offer variety of drinks plus if you know drink which is not listed, you can teach us how to make it. It can happen there is no one in the bar area, so feel free to serve yourself and record it either to your mind or on a paper.
Breakfast
We serve breakfast every day between 8am and 10am. It must be said we are flexible in case you would appreciate breakfast earlier or later. We beleive breakfast is the most important start of your day, therefore you can find only quality food. We do maximum to fulfill all possible desires of our guests however if you feel something is missing on the table, do not hesitate and let us know.
Bigger towels
We provide standard hotel size towels to your room. However, we can supply also bigger towels in case you wish to.
Front door
The main entrance door uses sophisticated lock system so you can arrive anytime you want. You can either use chip or a code which we provide on demand. There is also bottom entrance door which has a standard key lock.
Rating
We appreciate any feedback and it doesnt matter whether it is possitive or negative. We beleive everyone can has own point of view. You can rate us verbally, send email or use Booking.com if you made reservation via it. The bottom line (public secret) is anything lower than 9.0 damages us.
Bike/ski storage
Most likely you came with your bike or your skies. We can store them of course. Also, if you need a basic maintenance of your skies or bike we can share knowledge, tools and space.
Prohibited smoking
We would like to keep our house fragrant and clean. Therefore smoking is prohibited insed the house as well as out of window and balcony. Please, go for smoking outside or take it as opportunity to quit.
Games
We do offer a few of board games. There are also at least two exciting games - good old table football and Klask (Danish national sport)

Tour guide
One of our team member is former tour guide from spa. She comes from Bozi Dar and she knows every single stone in the sorounding area. She is more than willing to take you out and show and comment beautiful places.

You can simply pay with good old cash or we can offer you to pay by Revolut, which can be very convenient for you.
